How to join

Step 1: Request a referral

more details

The first step is to obtain a referral by contacting a duty social worker at your local area Disabilities Team. The contact number for this team can be found in the partners and links section here

Step 2: Referral is sent to LFL

more details

The local area Disabilities team will decide if your child or teenager meets their criteria. If so you can request for them to make a referral to Lifelong Family Links.

Step 3: We get in touch

more details

Once the referral is received we can get in contact with you and arrange a visit to meet with you and your child/teenager to assess his/her needs. This informal process helps us to place your child on activities and services that would best suit their individual needs. Then it's time to enjoy the fun!
